All our candles are handcrafted in Dundas, Ontario, with utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality.

What kind of packaging do you offer for wholesale orders?

We have recently launched brand new packaging which is secure and atractive for our wholesale candles to ensure they arrive safely at your destination.

What is the turn around time for wholesale orders?

The turnaround time for wholesale orders depends on the order size and complexity. Our team will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation. You can generally expect an order to ship within 2 weeks.

What are the payment options available for wholesale purchases?

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal. Our sales team will provide you with the necessary payment details.

Can I sell Green Ash Decor products online?

Of course! If you have or are in the process of setting up an online shop, you have my consent and full support to add any Green Ash Decor products to your site. MSRPs are to be respected, although occassional sales are permitted. However, please DO NOT SELL through any third party platforms such as Etsy. :)

When do I have to pay for my order?

While booking we request you to book via credit card. We will charge your Credit Card only when order is ready to ship.

What is your return or exchange policy for wholesale orders?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at greenashdecor@gmail.com
